Today has been really hot and sunny in Chester, UK. So I decided to go for a walk along the river dee in Chester. I took a pic so you could have a see how nice it was!

    beautiful! i love to see a personal post like this once in a while. makes it more homey.
    let me know if the alkaline diet has any results for you. i’ve been phasing into the last weeks and i have SOOOO much more energy as a result. i also feel more clear in my breathing, and…as if you need another reason…i don’t snore anymore :-)
