At the start of August I set myself a target of doubling the previous months traffic and pleased to say I achieved my target and actually trebled the traffic to this blog! This is reflected by my alexa ranking which is the best so far @ 342,108. I can only see this increasing as the previous weeks average rank has been 126,708.
This is a really positive achievement which encourages me to go further and motivates a drive to succeed.
How did I treble my previous stats in 1 month?
- Make good use of social networking sites like stumbleupon, digg, bumpzee, reddit and Onlywire
- Get your name out there by commenting on other blogs. Blog writers and blog readers often follow your link in your comment if write something substantial in your comments.
- Writing on a consistent basis
Thats really all I did but focused on these things in order to achieve the target. Sometimes it easier to achieve a target if you only have one target to achieve…
